These terms and conditions apply to all orders submitted to vogliafinland.com webstore. The products are sold by Voglia Oy. We sell products to private individuals of legal age, and not under guardianship. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions before submitting an order each time before ordering because these terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time.


The prices in our webstore include the total price including VAT, but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, customs fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. For example when there has been a clear mislabeling or wrong price (for example 0,00 or 0,59). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Webshop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order). Voglia  reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected. 


The products are ordered primarily from vogliafinland.com via the shopping cart. 

All orders are confirmed by email and include the total price of the order, shipping costs and products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a correct email address should be provided when ordering.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions when placing an order. Most of our orders leave by the next working day from your order. 

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation email which provides:

  • the reference number/ order number

  • the contact information you have provided

  • ordered products and quantities

  • the payment method of your choice

Payment methods

The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. We use STRIPE and PayPal as payment providers. All payment transactions are done via secured SSL connection.

Shipping and delivery

We offer shipping via DHL and Finnish Posti, please refer to shipping cost and times in the chart. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.

Return and exchange policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. 

Before returning your order contact info@vogliafinland.com by email. 

Include your name, order number and phone number and which items you want to return in the return notification. Once we have received your message, we will send instructions by email.

When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery problems and faulty products 

Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty, contact us immediately by email info@vogliafinland.com. If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company.

Notifications of faulty items must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

Packages returned as undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned. 

Force Majeure:

Voglia shall not be liable to the Customer for not fulfilling the Terms due to causes which are beyond the control of Voglia, (such as war, acts of government, strikes, natural disasters or other causes of a similar nature) for the duration of such events. In these cases, the Customer shall not have a right for compensation from Voglia for breach of contract.
