We do not collect your payment or banking information.

We use secure third party banking services (Checkout Finland Oy ja Klarna Oy).

Information resource is the data you have given us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Year of birth (not mandatory)
  • Communication with customer service
  • Participating in marketing campaigns or giveaways
  • Prohibiting direct marketing

  • Webstore platform and related apps and software (for example loyalty program)

In addition, it is our policy to never send your credit card number via e-mail. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting information, so please do not email us any confidential or financial information.

In order to process your credit cards, we use a service that uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. All credit card transactions occur in a secure area of the website, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected.

When you have finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of the website. Once you have entered, the page address (URL) will change from “http” to “https” to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, bank information etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the transmission of data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we will use all reasonable means to ensure the security of information you transmit to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties, and we will not be liable for the same.

All matters arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.

  • To ask us to remove your data - as long as it is possible according to the law or the best interest of the customer
  • Unsubscribe, and delete your account, and remove our right to save your information
  • Make a complaint to law enforcement
  • Ask moving the information if technically possible.

It is our duty to ask your personal information to identify you when we address your questions about your data.
